Registered Canadian Reflexology Therapist
Shannon used reflexology to gain relief from a chronic health issue in the 80’s and 90’s, and has loved it from the beginning. She took the foot reflexology course as an interest in 2008 and started providing reflexology to her friends and family. In 2010 she became certified with the Reflexology Association of Canada (RAC). Since, Shannon has practiced reflexology in a clinic setting and has never looked back. Her goal is to provide a therapeutic and tranquil experience for anyone who wishes to try reflexology.
Reflexology is natural, non-invasive healing art based on the principle that there are reflexes in the feet, hands, and ears that correspond with every organ and system of the body. Through application of pressure on these reflexes – with hands only – Reflexology relieves tension, improves circulation, opens the flow in blocked nerves and helps promote the natural functioning and healing of the body. Reflexology does not diagnose or prescribe. The whole body is treated rather than a specific condition. Reflexology helps to balance the physical, mental and emotional aspects of your whole body.
