I graduated with a BSc Biology degree from McKendree University in Illinois where I played D2 NCAA tennis for four years. Multiple injuries and time spent with the trainers had inspired me to pursue a career in rehabilitation. I graduated with an MSc Degree in Physiotherapy from Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen Scotland, class of 2024.
Being an experienced athlete, health and wellness through regular physical activity is forefront for me and is something that I bring to my practice. Having this experience, my passion is working with athletes, from professionals to weekend warriors. I rehab my clients with a strength and conditioning approach to improve their confidence and return to full physical function, playing the sport they love.
In my free time I continue to stay sit and active through CrossFit training and competition through local leagues including tennis, volleyball, and golf.
