Jez is a compassionate and knowledgeable physiotherapist who received a Bachelor of Health Science degree in Kinesiology from Ontario Tech University as well as a Master of Science degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Toronto. He has advanced his training by completing the Contemporary Medical Acupuncture course from McMaster University and Vestibular rehabilitation course from Jenni Veneruz, an experienced PT who has treated over 3000 “dizzy” people in the GTA and beyond. Living a healthy and active lifestyle is something Jez highly values. Therefore, Jez follows a holistic treatment approach that is client-centred and evidence-based in order to optimize health and function. He delivers this through a combination of education, manual therapy, modalities and movement. Jez also understands the power of therapeutic alliance and its impact on health outcomes. He strives to ensure his clients leave his session feeling more assured and confident in their journey to recovery.In his spare time Jez enjoys being active, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
